Resolution 2005: Appliances
AT a Regular Meeting of the Board of Directors of Deepdale Gardens Corp., held at the offices of the corporation located at 60-33 Marathon Parkway, Little Neck, New York 11362 on March 30, 2005, a quorum having been present and a discussion regarding a resolution requiring that appliances be placed in the Kitchen and not in closets of the unit.
RESOLVED, that all washers, dryers, dishwashers and all other large appliances that are considered Kitchen Appliances, installed after March 30, 2005 or upon sale of apartment unit after March 30, 2005 must be installed in the kitchen area and not in the closet as directed by the Operations Manager.
RESOLVED, that a notice shall be sent to all affected stockholders notifying them of this amendment and providing them with a copy of said document.
