Maintenance Department

In order to ensure that the grounds and infrastructure of Deepdale Gardens are at an optimum functioning level, the cooperative maintains a dedicated maintenance staff on the grounds at all times. The Office is supervised by a Superintendent and a secretary with tasks being performed by our team of thirty dedicated maintenance workers.

The Office is opened from 7 A.M. - 4 P.M. Monday through Friday and is located at 60-09 Marathon Parkway. They can be reached by telephone during regular hours at 718-631-8550. Emergency services are available weekday evenings and weekends by calling 917-826-5770.
