Resolution 2006: Air Conditioning Extension Cords

AT a Regular Meeting of the Board of Directors of Deepdale Gardens Corp., held at the offices of the Corporation located at 60-33 Marathon Parkway, Little Neck, New York 11362 on July 26, 2006, a quorum having been present, and a discussion regarding the use of extension cords to connect an air conditioner to an outlet and unanimously voted in favor of, it was

RESOLVED, that effective immediately no extension cords will be allowed on any air conditioner in the development of Deepdale Gardens and that all air conditioners must be plugged into a dedicated outlet.

RESOLVED, that a notice shall be sent to all effective stockholders notifying them of this amendment and providing them with a copy of said amended document.
